Halloween Livestream Schedule for Oct 31st

Hello fellow horror fans!

I have compiled a list of three horror movies I plan to stream during my Halloween evening because I don't have anything better to do anyway. For all the Halloweenies who don't have any engagements either, you're welcome to join!

There are so many horror flicks I'd love to share, but I only have so much time for this session. So I had the difficult task of selecting three movies from my collection to broadcast. I've settled with a horror classic, an unkown gem and an animated horror movie. 

Here's the schedule. Changes are possible, so I'll update when it happens. 

• 21.00 'o clock (9 PM CET) - John Carpenter's The Thing (1982)

An absolute horror classic and a must-see for any hardcore horror fan. When scientists unearth an unknown space vessel in Antarctica, they find themselves trapped in a snowy prison with a revived extraterrestrial that has the ability to become whatever it kills. Paranoia reigns supreme because who can you still trust when the enemy could be anyone?

This movie contains a lot of blood, gore and other horrendous images so if you're squeamish and easily grossed out, you may want to skip this one. 

• 23.00 'o clock (11 PM CET) - Grave Encounters (2011)

Any person who knows the show Ghost Adventures will instantly recognize the plot in this movie. A group of paranormal investigators gets locked down in an abandoned insane asylum that is supposedly haunted to record their findings for their television program. But what they find is not something they can easily get out of…

This movie contains suspense, jump scares and unnerving images. It's not a gore movie, but it'll definitely get under your skin.

• 0.30 'o clock (12.30 AM CET) - Dead Space Downfall (2008)

An animated horor/sci-fi movie meant to act as a prequel to the happenings of the first Dead Space videogame, but also holds out nicely if you don't know the game. A spaceship full of miners and colonists unearth a strange artifact and bring it onboard. What follows is an unexplained increase of murder and insanity, but that is not all. The rescue squad sent to save the colonists face a threat that is beyond death and any imagination.

This movie once again features a lot of gore and bloodshed. Although it is animated, it is still very shocking. Best not to watch this if extreme cartoon violence isn't your thing. 

Dead Space Downfall features the voice talents of Nika Futterman, Kevin Michael Richardson and Jim Cummings, among many others. 

It's still a week away, but I am already excited for this! <3
